Obituary for Zachary Daniel Schurr
Zachary Daniel Schurr of Machias, NY passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the age of 37.
He was born June 27, 1984 in Buffalo, NY a son of Dwight Schurr of Machias and Darlene (Sweany) Schurr of Georgetown, KY. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Machias and was a stock clerk at Tops Friendly Markets in Arcade. He also enjoyed books, movies, CD's, collecting comic books, hiking and cats.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Kathleen "Kat" Schurr of Arcade and several northern and southern aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call on Monday, November 29, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St., Arcade. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
