Obituary for Thomas "Tom" J. George
Thomas "Tom" J. George of Orchard Park, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Buffalo General Hospital at the age of 87.
He was born March 4, 1934 in North Java, NY a son of the late Robert and Maryanne George. He was a United States Army Korean War Veteran and served from 1954-1956. He loved cars and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and building houses.
He was the owner and operator for Jet Action Business Forms in Elma for 40 years.
He is survived by his children: Julie (Brian) Ramsey of Tennessee, Thomas (Trish) George of North Carolina, Ginny (Ron) Waldron of Freedom, Michelle McKay of North Carolina, and Robert (Misha) George of Virginia; sister, MaryAnn (Lenny) Snyder of Hilton Head, SC; ex-wife and friend, Audrey George of Virginia Beach; ex-wife, Joelle Widger of Machias; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert George.
There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family with final interment in St. Nicholas Cemetery in North Java.
