Obituary for Steven A. Sawicki
Steven A. Sawicki of Arcade, NY passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 at the Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville at the age of 62.
He was born September 27, 1960 in Lackawanna, NY a son of the late George Sawicki and Patricia (Schadt) Barr. He was a Pioneer Central School 1978 graduate and enjoyed spending time with his family and his dog.
He had worked as a machinist for Peerless-Winsmith, Inc. in Springville.
He is survived by his children: Chris (Tami) Sawicki of Arcade, Matt (Shelby) Sawicki of Arcade and Abel Allard of Freedom; five grandchildren: Riley, Lily, Connor, Jacek and Jaxon; his siblings: Denise (Mark) Allan of Connecticut, Kim (Doug) Neamon of Arcade and Lori (Mike) Ptak of Arcade; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ray Sawicki.
There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
