Obituary for Stephen A. Edwards
Stephen Arthur Edwards of Bliss, NY passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 63.
He was born August 16, 1958 in Philadelphia, PA a son of the late Harvey and Sally (Anderson) Edwards. He was an avid Texaco collector and enjoyed classic cars and speed boats. He was also a tile store manager for Pino Tile in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (O'Connor) Edwards whom he married on November 3, 1990 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his children: Shelbi (Lane) Lomax of Fillmore and Justin Edwards of Bliss; his grandson, Mason Lomax; his brothers: Lawrence Edwards of Tampa, FL and David Edwards of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 1-3pm at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St., Arcade. Following the calling hours, there will be a Celebration of Life at the family home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Buffalo Underdogs Rescue, PO Box 180, Amherst, NY 14226 or to the Animal Friends of Wyoming County 4380 Route 19 Silver Springs, NY 14550.
