Scott A. Woolley of Batavia, NY passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the Buffalo Veterans Hospital at the age of 59.
He was born December 5, 1962 in Buffalo, NY a son of the late David and Shirley (Gilbert) Woolley. He was a retired Operation and Intelligence Craftsman for the US Airforce, where he obtained the rank of Master Sergeant serving from 1986-2006.
He is survived by his siblings: Michael (Kim) Woolley of Wethersfield, Matthew (Becky) Woolley of North Java, Tracy (Steve) Matheis of Arcade, and Lynn Woolley of Arcade; nieces and nephews: Felisha (Brendon) Herdlein, David (Mackenzie Eastman) Woolley, Dakota (Jessica) Woolley, Andrew (Adriele Laskey) Matheis, Brianna (Aaron May) Matheis, Connor and Luke Matheis, Jordan (Anna) Roth, Jenna (Nate Brown) Bennett, Brayden Woolley, Gideon and Levi Woolley, Addyson and Autumn Herdlein; wife, Baerbel Woolley; whom he married in May of 1992 in Germany; children: Aaron Woolley of Germany, and Ethan Woolley of NY; and special friend, Ron Bishoff.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 2pm-4pm, and 6pm-8pm at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St. Arcade, NY, where a Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11am with Deacon John Zielinski officiating. Final interment will take place in Curriers Cemetery.
