Obituary for Randy J. Dziedzic
Randy J. Dziedzic of Arcade, NY passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Olean General Hospital at the age of 66.
He was born November 5, 1955 in Warsaw, NY a son of the late Tofil and Luella (Bolenda) Dziedzic. He was a member of St. Mary's Church in East Arcade and enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, Monday poker, playing horseshoes, and spending time with friends and family.
He owned and operated Marvin Run Campground in Austin, PA with his wife, Lisa Dziedzic. He also worked on the Dziedzic Farm in Arcade for 40+ years.
His wife, Lisa A. (Purdy) Dziedzic whom he married on November 4, 1978 in East Arcade, passed away on July 20, 2021.
He is survived by his children: Jill (Todd) Bluman of Arcade and Jared (Lydia) Dziedzic of East Arcade; his siblings: Louise (Edmund) Lampson of Conewango, NY, Paul ("Kitty") Dziedzic of Arcade, Janet (Dean) Simons of Sterling, VA, and Marilyn (Robert) Seleska of Quitman, GA; his grandchildren: Samantha (Kyle Degenfelder) Sparceno of Gowanda, Kristine (Emery Marsh) Sparceno of Delevan, Alexander Sparceno of Arcade, Kaylyn Dziedzic of Arcade, Jacob Dziedzic of Arcade, Barrett Dziedzic of Arcade and Griffin Dziedzic of Arcade; also survived by two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 1PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St. Arcade. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 10AM at St. Mary's Church, 6785 East Arcade Rd., East Arcade with Rev. Bryan Zielenieski officiating. Interment will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery in East Arcade.
