Obituary for Janice M. Newhand
Janice M. (Green) Newhand of Arcade, NY passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at her residence at the age of 63.
She was born May 23, 1958 in Batavia, NY a daughter of the late Howard and Dorrine (Harris) Green. She was a factory worker for Staroba Plastics in Holland, NY and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Newhand, who she married August 27, 1976 in Franklinville; her children: Kimberly (Edward) Fisher of Sardinia, Christina (Michael) Neamon of Melrose and Robert (Reba Frommer) Newhand of Arcade; her grandchildren: Shawn (Kyesha) Fisher, Ace Fisher, Chase Neamon and Chelsea Neamon; her great-grandchild, Bliss McGourty; her brothers and sisters-in-law: John (Rose) Newhand of Franklinville, Kim Newhand of Freedom and Maria Newhand of Buffalo; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers-in-law: Mike and Noel Newhand
Friends may call on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 11am-1pm at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St., Arcade where a Funeral Service will be held at 1pm. Interment will be held in Arcade Rural Cemetery.
