Obituary for Barbara E. Havernick
Barbara E. Havernick of Arcade, NY passed away Monday, November 15, 2021 at the Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville at the age of 58.
Barbara was born on December 17, 1962 in Buffalo, NY, a daughter of Carol (Welsted) Bragg of West Falls, NY and the late Harold Bragg.
She was a payroll specialist at EBC HR & Payroll Solutions Inc. in Buffalo. She previously worked at Pioneer Credit Recovery in Arcade for 20 years.
Barbara loved going camping and attending craft shows. She loved sunflowers and enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. She was also a breast cancer survivor.
She is survived by her husband - Allen Havernick who she married on March 12, 1994 in Arcade; her children: Mitchell (Anna) Bragg of Santa Barbara, CA, Allana (Jack Hill) Havernick of Winnemucca, NV; her siblings: Tammy (Richie Weitz) Bragg of Colden, NY, Diane (late Daniel) Gentner of Springville, NY and Sandra (Tim) Czerwinski of East Concord, NY; her grandchildren: Genevieve and Grant Bragg; her sister-in-law: Brenda Havernick of Cheektowaga, NY and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her dog and beloved companion - Winnie.
She is preceded in death by her father.
Friends may call Monday, November 22, 2021 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at the Smith-Weismantel Funeral Home, 271 E. Main Street, Springville, NY where a Funeral Service will be held November 23, 2021 at 11AM. Interment will be held in the Arcade Rural Cemetery.
