Alexander "Super Alex" N. Heldwein of Arcade passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 surrounded by his family at the age of 12.

He was born July 27, 2009 in Olean, NY a son of David and Lisa (Piker) Heldwein. He was a sports enthusiast and loved the Buffalo Bills and watching his brother and sister play sports. He also enjoyed people watching and boxing people. He loved life and had a happy personality.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Haylee, Jacob and Scott Heldwein all of Arcade; his grandparents: Brenda and Joel Nickerson of Machias and Sue and Dave Schroeder of Oak Island, NC; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Alex is preceded in death by his grandfather, Dale Piker.

Friends may call on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 3-7pm at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St. Arcade. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 11am at Rosebud Estate, 11522 Bixby Hill Rd., Arcade, NY 14009. Interment will be held in Arcade Rural Cemetery.
